Meet Natalie Lavers

Natalie Lavers is an experienced teacher with a Master’s in Inclusive Education.  She is also a yoga teacher-in-training, a holistic consultant, and a mindfulness facilitator.   She has a diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and has spent several years advising clients dealing with digestive disorders, as well as clients  looking for an individualized portrait of how they could be eating to feel better. In 2018 she completed her didactic training with  Institut Neurosens and is working toward her BCIA certification, she has over 100 hours of clinical practice  acquired under the supervision of Institut Neurosens.  Her most recent project has been teaching mindfulness to children in school classrooms, a project that combines her interest and experience in both pedagogy and mind/body work. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and completed her yoga teacher training in 2019 and went on to complete the MBSR Teacher Training with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.   She equips her clients and students with tools that allow them to care for themselves and attain their goals.
