Cilantro Lime Dressing


Protect your brain with this punchy dressing


Cilantro is a powerful herb! One of the best things about it is that it is great at chelating toxic metals from the body. As we know, the brain is vulnerable to lead and mercury so if we are concerned about exposure, eating larger portions of this fresh herb can help. A great way of getting more cilantro into our diet is to blend it up and have it on salads.


Ingredients:


1 bunch of cilantro

1/2 cup olive oil

juice of one lime

green parts of a bunch of scallions

1tbsp honey (optional)

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup water


Directions:


Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until you get a nice even and smooth consistency.
