Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback that uses an EEG that displays the brainwave patterns onto a computer screen, allowing both the client and coach to ​see when the brain is working in an optimal state. Gradually, over time, and through repetition, the neural pathways that are worked in neurofeedback are strengthened and consequently easy to access. It is completely non-invasive, and has been shown to be effective long-term, making it a popular alternative to medication.
