Meet Natalie Lavers
Natalie Lavers is an experienced teacher with a Master’s in Inclusive Education. She is also a yoga teacher-in-training, a holistic consultant, and a mindfulness practitioner. She has a diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and has spent several years advising clients dealing with digestive disorders, as well as clients looking for an individualized portrait of how they could be eating to feel better. She recently completed her certification to practice neurofeedback at l'Institut Neurosens, a training group accredited by the BCIA. Her most recent project has been teaching mindfulness to children in school classrooms, a project that combines her interest and experience in both pedagogy and mind/body work. She equips her clients and students with tools that allow them to care for themselves and attain their goals.
